These sessions provide the greatest flexibility to your team.  Study materials are provided in advance and support self paced learning.  Then our expert will meet on a predetermined schedule to provide clarification and additional input.

Immersive learning

These are the ultimate in flexible dynamic learning sessions; hands on interactive and focused on the technologies of interest for the participants. Generally 3 hours, and while they have no set curriculum the facilitator helps keep the group focused on the topics they have requested.

Training is not a one time event, we just don’t learn that way.  Instructor led training is a great way to jump start the learning journey, but the journey does not end there.

  • Learning Paths – not every person will require the same amount or type of instruction.  People learn differently and at varying paces.  Take advantage of the ability to establish learning paths specific to an individual or group.  Challenge your people and recognize your learning champions.  The learning portal applies gaming concepts to recognize people who leverage the available material.

  • Anytime Access – When people need help you want to deliver it right then and there.  The learning portal allows you to deliver content whenever or wherever a person needs it.  Access can be tied to your M365 subscription so you have integrated security.

  • Custom Content  – You can reserve a private channel that delivers your company created or specific content just to your organization.  If your industry or company requires annual certification or training on certain topics, or you want to leverage the platform to deliver onboarding or refresher training – you can do that.  Load your own content, videos, quizzes, job aids and take advantage of a centralized portal for your organization.
