Office 365 for the End-User
This 1 day course is designed for information workers who are using or will use Office 365. This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to efficiently use Office 365 on a day-to-day basis. The course is designed with real world scenarios in mind. Students will learn how to use Outlook Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and OneNote. At the end of this course students will be able to effectively navigate Office 365 and make use of all of the features of Office 365.
Office 365 Administration and Troubleshooting
This is a three-day Instructor Led Training (ILT) course that targets the needs of information technology (IT) professionals who take part in administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and operating Office 365 services, including its identities, dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies. This course focuses on skills required to administer and troubleshoot Office 365 tenant and key services of Office 365, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Skype for Business. Fundamentals of Microsoft PowerBIFundamentals of PowerBI is an intermediate/advanced 3-day training specifically designed to get PowerBI Users up-to-speed on building and deploying custom solutions using Microsoft’s Power BI solution. Students will learn what the key features of PowerBI are as well as the different platforms that make up the solution. Students will go through all of the features and tools as well as methods for visualizing data and then publishing that data for colleagues. This course considers the Enterprise features of PowerBI.
Introduction to SharePoint for Users
This one-day course is the first SharePoint course you should take if you have little or no experience using SharePoint. It teaches the student the first things they need to know about SharePoint. This five-day instructor-led course is intended for power users and IT professionals who are tasked with working within the SharePoint 2016 environment and conduct site collection and site administration. This course will provide a deeper, narrowly-focused training on the important and popular skills needed to do SharePoint site collection and site administration with SharePoint 2016 deployed on-premise, in Office 365 (SharePoint Online) or a hybrid deployment (on-premise connected to Office 365).

This five-day course will teach you how to plan, configure, and manage the advanced features in a SharePoint 2016 environment. The special areas of focus for this course include implementing high availability, disaster recovery, service application architecture, and Microsoft Business Connectivity Services. This course also focuses on social computing features, productivity, and collaboration platforms and features. Students also will learn about business intelligence solutions, Enterprise Content Management, web content management infrastructure, solutions, and apps. This course also covers how to develop and implement a governance plan, and how to perform an upgrade or a migration to SharePoint 2016.

SharePoint 2013 Site Collection and Site Administration
This five-day instructor-led course is intended for power users, who are tasked with working within the SharePoint 2013 environment. This course will provide a deeper, narrowly-focused training on the important and popular skills needed to be an administrator for SharePoint site collections and sites. SharePoint deployment or farm administration skills and tasks, which are required for IT professionals to manage SharePoint 2013, are available in separate Microsoft Official Courseware.
