This Account Executive is a proven executive-level sales professional, whose energy, focus and determination are matched by well-developed selling skills and a working knowledge of business fundamentals. This person will have demonstrated a strong track record in selling Staff augmentation and/or Direct Hire services and managing relationships at the CXO, VP, Director, and manager level. This Account Executive will manage and grow existing client relationships, establish new client relationships, explore clients’ business issues, articulate BROSS GROUP’s value propositions, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, manage and work with the current sales team and ultimately increase revenues.
· The ideal candidate should have solid experience and verifiable success selling Staff Augmentation and Direct Hire services.
· This person should also have a solid understanding of e-Business trends and solution categories with the ability to facilitate a discussion at the Executive level of business issues and enabling technology solutions.
· A proven record of developing new client relationships into loyal customers
· Demonstrated success through the application of a sales methodology
· A proven record of maintaining a high level of client and employee satisfaction
· Ability to develop and maintain peer to peer relationships with client executives
· Exceptional oral, written, and active listening skills
· Has been successful selling in a team pursuit environment
