Bross Group has a fulltime internal opening for a Senior User Support & Help Desk Technician. This person will be onsite at a client location in Boulder, CO and may be required to assist with clients in Denver. Please see below for qualifications. Critical success factors and abilities:
• Proficient with Mac and PC
• Highly proficient in customer management, must understand how to prioritize requests and set client expectations
• Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
• Backup and restore an organization's data files and systems
• Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems
• Clean and repair computer hardware, such as keyboards and printers
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral form
• Ability to use remote management tools to provide technical support over the phone or Web
• Proficient with supporting O365 environments
• Proficient in supporting Google Suite environments
• Familiarity with windows systems and network technologies is plus but is not required
• A passion for Learning and for providing world-class customer service
• Enjoys fast pace work environment, and ability to multitask
• Self-starter who takes initiative, is open minded and is a team player

Experience in the following technologies:
• Solid knowledge of OSX, Windows 7, 8 & 10
• Background in working with workstations in a networked environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Understanding and knowledge of common software platforms such as MS Office
• Experience with Antivirus and Antispyware tools
• Working knowledge of basic networking principles including routers, firewalls, and switches
• Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 is a plus
