Required Experience:

·Extensive hands-on experience working with a catalog based procurement system to receive internal purchase requests.

·Extensive hands-on experience preparing and submitting purchase orders to external vendors.

·Extensive hands-on experience performing asset management lifecycle operations using an electronic hardware asset management system.

·Extensive hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access Database.

·Expert customer service skills.

·Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·Experience creating process documentation.

·Ability to quickly understand and implement work directions as well as ability to work independently to achieve challenging goals.

Preferred Experience: ·Experience creating queries, tables, reports in Microsoft Access Database. ·Experience implementing new hardware asset management or procurement systems.

Bross Group has a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with a client in Englewood, CO for a Customer Sales Specialist. There are 2 openings.

Responsibilities for a variety of customer service /sales support /planning activities including but not limited to:
o Serves as a liaison between Client’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
o Processes quotes for specified customers and work with centralized PM team for quote and debit information.
o Through extensive supplier knowledge, may work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems.
o Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
o Implements account strategy in conjunction with FSR’s and maintains influential relationships with local and global suppliers.
o Handles complex discrepancies, interfaces with customers, and recommends solutions and/or actions plans.

Basic Qualifications:
o High School diploma plus 4 – 6 years of sales or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and expertise. Or Bachelor’s degree plus 0 – 2 years of sales or customer service experience (industry experience with a distributor, supplier, or representative is preferred)
o Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
o Excellent interpersonal, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills
o Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity
